Fender Acoustic

Up for auction is a used SWR California Blonde Acoustic Amplifier in excellent working order.  This is one of the earlier issue California Blonde models before Fender bought SWR.  The serial number is shown as 1104 (manufacture date indicated as 12/97).  It does not have as many features as the current issue California Blonde II amps, but there are many purists that prefer the quality of these pre-Fender models that were made in the USA.  I have used it for the occasional coffee house type gig (it is a 120 W combo amp so you can run a separate mic line for vocals) but the vast majority of the time its been kept at home.  I now play through a PA so I really don't need it anymore and I hate to see it just sitting around.  It has always been well taken care of.  It shows some minor exterior wear - there are a couple spots where the vinyl covering is torn - I have included photos of this.   This amp has never required any repair or service work.  The dimensions are 24" height, 14.5" width, and 14.5" depth and the amp weighs 50 lbs.  Please e-mail me if you have any questions.  I do not have a listing of the original specs, but if you're checking this out you probably know about this model.  Here is a link to a 2003 owner's manual which has some specs and features listed http://www.swrsound.com/support/manuals/pdfs/caliblonde_om.PDF
